Every location, one view.

Each restaurant keeps its own lists, trips and receipts. You see across all of them: what is being ordered, from which vendor, and what each location spent this week.

Per-location purchasing

Areas, QR labels, lists and trips belong to a location. A shopper picks the location before starting a trip, so the downtown run never picks up the bakery’s flour by accident.

Products and vendors are shared across the group, so you set them up once.

Weekly spend per location

Totals come from what the shopper actually paid at each stop, backed by the receipt photo. Export the view to a spreadsheet when you need it elsewhere.

Staff scoped to their locations

A cook at the airport only sees the airport’s areas. A manager approves lists for the locations they run. Owners and admins see everything. One person can work at two locations with the same PIN.
