Three apps. One record.

Staff add what they need, the shopper buys it in one trip, and the owner sees all of it afterwards. Nothing to integrate and no inventory counts to keep.

Lister

For the cooks, bartenders and bakers who know what is running low.

  • Scan a QR label with the phone camera or a shared tablet
  • Browse by category when a label is missing
  • One shared list per area; several people add at once
  • Every line shows who added it and when; undo a mistake right away
  • Sign in with the organization code and a 5-digit PIN
  • Manager approval for the areas that need it
  • Keeps working without signal and sends when it reconnects

Shopper

For whoever does the run, across several stores in one go.

  • All ready lists merged into one trip, grouped by vendor
  • Totals across areas, with who asked for each item
  • Check off, mark unavailable, substitute, or move to another store
  • Photograph the receipt at every stop
  • Short-buy an item and the rest stays on the next trip
  • Past trips and their receipts stay in history
  • Works offline in the aisle; syncs when back in range

Budgets

Barcode scanning

Scan a package barcode to fill in its name, brand and size from public product databases. Confirm a new product before saving; staff can suggest unfamiliar products for review. Keep QR labels for produce, bulk bins and house-made items.

What it does not do

ShopperGO is not an ERP. There are no inventory counts or par levels, no purchase orders sent to vendors, no receipt scanning, no accounting export and no distributor catalogs. That is why a restaurant can be running the same day.

Try it on this week's run.

14-day free trial, no card required. Set up today, print your labels, shop tomorrow.
